The Resident Artists Showing at the Contemporary Art Center event showcases area artists and the resident artists who maintain studios at the Contemporary Art Center of Peoria on Friday & Saturday featuring all kinds of art including sculpture, jewelry, glass, painting and weaving. . The event takes place on the 3rd floor of the Contemporary Art Center. Wildlife Prairie State Park will kick-off Easter festivities on Saturday from 8:30 - 11am with a Bunny Breakfast followed by two Easter Egg Hunts.  The cost for the breakfast is $5.95 for children 12 and under and $7.95 for teens and adults, plus tax and Park admission. Reservations are recommended.  After your breakfast, attend one of the giant Easter Egg Hunts that will take place at 11 am and 1:30 pm.
