Curious George Live! continues at the Peoria Civic Center tonight at 7 pm. Tickets are $14, $22 and $28. A select number of $38 Premium seats and $44 Front Row seats are also available at the Peoria Civic Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 and online at Ticketmaster.com.

John Roy will perform at Jukebox Comedy Club tonight at 8 pm during the "Pro-Am Showcase" and Friday and Saturday at 8 pm and 10:30 pm. Tickets are $13, except for the Thursday show and the Friday late show which are $10. Call 673-5853 for tickets. The show is rated - PG-18.

The 47th Annual Mid-West Truck Show will be held in the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit Hall on Friday from 10 am - 6 pm and 9 am - 4 pm Saturday. Tickets are $5 at the door.

Monster Jam will return to the Peoria Civic Center Arena at 7:30 pm on Friday and 2 pm and 7:30 pm on Saturday. Tickets start at $22 for adults and $12 for children under 12 years old. Applegate & Co. will perform at the Contemporary Art Center's Live at the Five Spot Friday from 5:30-7:30 pm. Admission is $7 for members ($10 for non-members), $6 for student & senior members ($9 for student & senior non-members) and $3 for ages 16 & younger.   The CAC also presents Salsa at CAC Friday beginning at 8:30 pm with a dance lesson followed by open dancing to DJ Ed Caballero. Admission is $3 CAC Members, and $6 for non-members.

Celebrate Groundhog Day at Peoria Theater by watching the movie that made it famous beginning on Friday at 7 pm. Admission is free. On Sunday, you can experience the Super Bowl at Peoria Theater in Hi-Definition on their 15 foot movie screen.

The 3rd Annual MOASIC Groovin' with the Groundhog Dueling Pianos Show is an evening of fun, food and friends starting at 6 pm with dinner and an 8 pm show. All proceeds benefit Children's Hospital of Illinois.

The French Impressionists by Candlelight Concert will be performed at Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday beginning at 7:30 pm featuring pianist John Orfe as well as Linda Warren (harp), Carol Wessler (cello & piano), Kyle Dzapo (flute) and Kerry Walters (soprano). They will perform music by Claude Debussy, piano works by Maruice Ravel and Gabriel Faure, songs by Cecile Charminade and the "Pie Jesu" from the Faure Requiem. Admission is free. Bradley University Theatre presents the Jason Robert Brown musical The Last Five Years Friday and Saturday at 8 pm and Sunday at 2:30 pm at the Apollo Theatre. This production will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Tickets are on sale at the Bradley Unviersity Theater Box Office and are priced at $8 for adults and $5 for students. Seating is general admission.

Wildlife Prairie State Park will host an Ice Fishing Tournament on Saturday from 8 am - 1 pm. Cash & prizes will be awarded. The cost is $12 per person aged 16 & over. Children age 15 & under are $5. Chef Andy LaRusso, The Singing Chef, will entertain and prepare a four-course gourmet Italian meal at a fundraiser benefitting PARC at their facility on Townline Road in North Peoria on Saturday.
