Catholic Charities Peoria Area Community Advisory Board (CAB) will be holding its 6th Annual Wine Tasting tonight (Thursday) from 5- 7 pm at the Spalding Pastoral Center, in Peoria. Sample 20 wines from various regions of the world and enjoy light hors d'oeuvres plus browse the works of art from local artists, who will be donating 10% of their proceeds to Catholic Charities. The Peoria Chiefs takes on Cedar Rapids beginning at 6:30 pm tonight  (Thursday) at O'Brien Field. The Chiefs will play Cedar Rapids again at home on Friday night at 6:30 pm, and take on Clinton Saturday at 6:30 pm and Sunday at 1:00 pm. Celebrate Dan Fogelberg's legacy with the Cancer Center for Healthy Living on Saturday at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in downtown Peoria when they present a Dan Fogelberg Tribute Concert featuring some of Illinois' finest artists at 7:30 pm. Following the concert will be a post party, including appetizers and drinks. Tickets for the concert will be $25 for main floor seating and $20 for balcony.
