Look Both Ways with Jane Henson will be presented at Lakeview Museum tonight (Thursday) beginning at 7 pm. Jane Henson, co-founder of The Muppets and widow of the late Jim Henson, will give a behind-the-scenes look at creating a cultural phenomenon. See seldom-seen video clips from the Jim Henson Family Archives, and hear about the early days when she met Jim Henson in a puppet class. Stay after the presentation for an exclusive showing of Time Piece, the rarely seen Oscar-nominated short film, directed and written by Jim Henson. The event will have Q&A, is expected to be about 75 minutes in length and is suggested for ages 9 and up. Light refreshments will be served. The 2011 Official Spring Home Show will be held in the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit Hall this weekend from 4 - 9 pm on Friday, 10 am - 8 pm on Saturday and 11 am - 4 pm on Sunday. The Hult Center for Health Education is holding a public session of their "Matthew" and "Michele" boys and girls puberty program beginning at 10 am. These programs are recommended for students in 4th through 6th grade.
