Holy Family Heritage Days Festival will be held at Holy Family Church (located at 3720 North Sterling Avenue in Peoria) and is a family-friendly event featuring rides and games for children of all ages plus food and entertainment from 8 am - 11 pm each day. Thursday Night's Rib Dinner is $10 (half-slab) and $15 (full-slab) and include two sides and a beverage. Ride bracelets will be sold on Saturday for unlimited rides from noon to 4 pm for $15. Enjoy the first days of summer in Central Illinois at the Tremont Turkey Festival in downtown Tremont, beginning tonight (Thursday) with the Miss Tremont Pageant held in the Tremont High School Gym at 7:30 pm and ending with a parade at 4 pm on Sunday. Food lines open at 11 am and run through 9 pm or until the turkey is gone. Carnival rides open at 5 pm on Friday and at 11 am on Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the festival and parking are free.

A day-long Mobile Learning Symposium will be held at Bradley University beginning at 8 am Friday in the Horowitz Auditorium in the Caterpillar Global Communications Center.
