Replicas of Columbus' Ships will dock in Peoria in front of Joe's Crab Shack and Retro American Tap on Saturday where they will remain until Wednesday morning. The Nina was built completely by hand and has been called "the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built" by Archaeology magazine. The Pinta was recently constructed in Brazil to accompany the Nina. The public is invited to visit the ships for a walk-aboard, self-guided tour.
