Peoria County will celebrate a milestone in the construction of the Peoria Riverfront Museum project with a "Topping Out" ceremony beginning at 10 am Friday morning at the site of the museum in downtown Peoria. Peoria County Board Chairman Thomas H. O'Neill, III, Project Chairman Dave Ransburg and Caterpillar Foundation Director Michele Sullivan will speak at the event.
