The Luthy Botanical Garden Lily Show will take place through April 8 at the Garden (located within Glen Oak Park at 2218 N. Prospect in Peoria). See hundreds of lilies while experiencing the world of Willy Wonka, this year's theme. Admission is $2.50 for ages 12 & up or free for children aged 11 & under and Garden members. The 2012 Foodshare Can-a-Thon Neighborhood Collection will take place on Sunday from 1-4 pm in Peoria area neighborhoods. For each can collected, the Peoria Area Anti-Hunger Coalition will receive a $1 donation from anti-hunger agencies.
