A Conversation with Ninian Edwards and Chief Gomo will take place tonight (Thursday) beginning at 7 pm at the United Presbyterian Church (located at 2400 W. Northmoor Road in Peoria). Illinois artist David Alan Badger will sign his latest book, Sweet Desserts from Peoria Illinois, at the Pettengill-Morron House Museum (located at 1212 W Moss Ave. in Peoria) on Sunday from 2 - 4 pm. The book is a compilation of pen and ink drawings of historical Peoria homes and businesses paired with favorite desserts from local businesses and organizations.
