Farce opens tonight (Thursday) the Barn 2 Dinner Theatre in Goodfield and

Raisin in the Sun will be presented by the Bradley University Theatre

College will host its 2nd Annual Literary Festival on Friday & Saturday
featuring authors John McNally, Jesse Graves and Olivia Chadha. Graves and

Park Nature Center and the Peoria Audubon Society will host a "Birding Tour
of the Illinois River" on Saturday from 7 am - 4 pm. The tour will meet at
Forest Park and visit bird migration hotspots along the Illinois River including
Spring Lake, Chautauqua, Emiquon Preserve, Rice Lake and Banner Marsh. The tour
is open to ages 14 and older. Cost is $35, and includes lunch and

Mental Health America of Illinois Valley will hold the 2013 Mental Health
Forum on Saturday from 8 am - 4:15 pm in Room 116 of Westlake Hall on the
Bradley University campus. Director of Multi-County Narcotics Enforcement Group,
Rene Sandoval, will deliver the keynote address and local health professionals
will lead breakout sessions throughout the day covering topics such as bullying,

TheTEAM Dance Illinois State Championship, the season's culminating event
that highlights Illinois' best varsity dance, drill, pom, guard and club teams
