The Peoria Area Anti-Hunger Coalition's Foodshare Can-a-thon runs through the
22 with volunteers will be going go door to door on Sunday, March 10 from 1 - 4
pm to collect canned and non-perishable goods for area food pantries. Drop boxes
are available before the drive at area Kroger stores, Curves and Subway

The March Madness Experience will be held in the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit
Hall tonight (Thursday) through Saturday and next Thursday through Saturday from
6 pm - 9 pm on Thursdays, 10 am - 9 pm on Fridays and 10 am - 6:30 pm on
Saturdays. Tickets are $2 at the door or get free admission with an IHSA game

The Central Illinois Herpetological Society will meet at Forest Park Nature

The Luthy Botanical Annual Lily Show begins Friday and runs through March
31st. Admission is $2.50 for ages 13 and up and children 12 and under and Garden

The 13th Annual Farmers Share of the Food Dollar Breakfast sponsored by the
Peoria County Farm Bureau will be held on Saturday from 7 - 11 am in the Youth
