The Luthy Botanical Annual Lily Show continues through March 31st from 10 am - 5 pm on Tuesdays through Saturdays and from 12 - 5 pm on Sundays. Admission is $2.50 for ages 13 and up and children 12 and under and Garden members are free. The Garden is closed on Mondays.

Unnecessary Farce continues tonight (Thursday) at the Barn 2 Dinner Theatre in Goodfield and runs through April 14. Carnivale 2013 to benefit central Illinois Multiple Sclerosis Center patients will take place on Friday at the Par-A-Dice Hotel from 6 pm - Midnight where you can enjoy the flair of a Brazilian-style Carnivale celebration featuring traditional fare, live-auction, silent auction, and local band, JammSammich. Gospelfest Ministries will present Saviour at Five Points Performing Arts Center (located at 360 N. Wilmor in Washington) on Friday beginning at 7 pm. Special guests include Gaither Vocal Band tenor Wes Hampton, Homecoming artists Reggie & Ladye Love Smith, central Illinois favorite Jairo Arvizu, and ISU voice faculty member John Koch. They will be joined by a 70-voice choir and 35-piece orchestra. Wildlife Prairie Park will host "The Spring Wake-Up: Butterflies, Birds, and Bears! Oh, My!" on Saturday from 9 am - 4:30 pm with free admission to see what's new at the park for 2013. There will be special activities surrounding the Park' s new butterfly habitat and aviary, an introduction to Molly, the Park's newest black bear plus a guided hike of the upcoming facilities for 2013, crafts for the kids, raptors on display, educational booths, and a variety of programs throughout the day. Estimated value of the home is $335,000 and it features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, is approximately 2,400 square feet with an upstairs laundry room and open floor plan with a great room with a fireplace. The Dream Home is a fundraiser for the local St. Jude affiliate. The Easter Bunny will be at The Shoppes at Grand Prairie (located at 5201 W. War Memorial Dr. in Peoria) on Saturday from 10 am - 2 pm to welcome spring with a celebration hosted by Bethany Baptist Church and The Shoppes. Admission is free. Festivities include live music, children's games and activities, bouncy houses, Easter eggs, balloon animals, prizes from participating stores and photos with the Easter Bunny. The Peoria Zoo (located at 2218 North Prospect Road, inside Glen Oak Park in Peoria) will host its Annual Easter Egg Celebration featuring an Easter Egg Hunt for children through 9 years old on Saturday beginning at 10:30 am for ages through 3 years, at 10:50 am for ages 4-6 years and at 11:10 am for ages 7-9 years. The cost is $19.95 for adults, $8.95 for children ages 3 to 12 and free for children ages 2 and under and includes admission to the park. Members of the park get a 10% discount.
