The 28th Annual Arts In Education Spring Celebration will be held on Friday and each weekday through May 24 at the Peoria County Courthouse Plaza from 11 am - 1:30 pm. The Spring Celebration highlights the talents of Pre-K through 12th grade students from seven Central Illinois counties. Over 12,000 students perform, exhibit and demonstrate their talents in the Fine Arts and Applied Arts during the six-week event.
