The Annual Rhapsody in Bloom Art Festival will take place from 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday and from 12 - 5 pm on Sunday. Stargazing at Northmoor at the Northmoor Observatory (located on the Donovan Golf Course at 5805 N. Knoxville Ave. in Peoria) will be open to the public for stargazing from dusk until 11 pm on Saturday (If the skies are cloudless).
