The Forest Park Nature Center (located at 5809 N. Featuring a dozen comics plus the debut stand-up performance of WMBD morning show host Greg Batton. A fundraiser for the victims of the recent storms, admission is a minimum donation of $10. A Fall Music Festival will be held at the Itoo Hall (located on 4909 W. Farmington Rd in Peoria) tonight (Wednesday) beginning at 8 pm. Performers include Jaik Willis, Jam Band, Brainchild and Miami's Best Reggae Band, InnaSense and the show will be hosted and dj'd by Home$killet. Tickets are $12 in advance at Finish Line Ford, Flores Music, Inspired, Autumn Bloom Hydroponics, Beer 30 Bar on Knoxville or $17 at the door.
Deck the Halls continues Friday through Sunday at the Barn 2 Dinner Theatre in Goodfield and runs through December 31st. On  Fridays & Saturdays, doors open at 6 pm, buffet is at 6:30 pm, and the show is at 8 pm. On Sundays, doors & the buffet open at noon, and the show is at 1:30 pm. Folepi's Winter Wonderland will be open beginning Thursday night through New Year's Eve at the VFW Post 2078 Park off Springfield Road (located at 123 Par 3 Lane in East Peoria). Drive through a million sparkles of excitement in the Festival of Lights' signature event. Folepi's Winter Wonderland features the majority of the Parade of Lights floats and many other lighted displays.  Hours are 5 - 9 pm Sundays through Thursdays and 5 - 11 pm on Fridays & Saturdays. The Harmonie-Concordia Singers of the Peoria German-American Society will host the 4th Annual Kristkindlmarkt at the Lindenhof, (located at 7601 N. Harker Drive in Peoria) from 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday & 11 am - 5 pm on Sunday. Vendors will offer a variety of arts and crafts for Holiday gift giving plus imported items from Germany and Austria. Enjoy bratwurst, schnitzel, homemade strudel, glühwein, hot chocolate, Bavarian pretzels, and German beer plus entertainment featuring the Lindehhof Echoes (an alpine horn group), a brass group playing Christmas Carols and Christmas Carolers.
