Tiptoe Through the Tombstones continues and runs through April 19 with performances tonight (Thursday) through Sunday at the Barn 2 Dinner Theatre in Goodfield. On Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays, doors open at 6 pm, buffet is at 6:30 pm, and the show is at 8 pm. On Sundays, doors & the buffet open at noon, and the show is at 1:30 pm. Food Fight 2015 will take place at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria tonight (Thursday) beginning at 5:30 pm. Top local chefs will compete in two culinary competitions where participants can taste, judge and vote. The Peoria Riverfront Museum will host the Interplanetary 5K Race/1 Mile Fitness Walk on Saturday with registration beginning at 7:30 am, the 5K race beginning at 9 am, the 1 Mile Fitness Walk beginning at 9:05 am and the Kids' Fun Run beginning at 9:30 am. The event takes runners and walkers of all ages through the Central Illinois Community Solar System, the world's most complete large scale model of the solar system. The 1st Annual River City Running Symposium will be held on Saturday at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria from 8 am - 5 pm.
