The Washington Good Neighbor Days Festival will take place behind John Bearce Companies on Business on US RT 24 in Washington beginning at 5 pm on Thursday, at 9 am on Friday & Saturday and at 11 am on Sunday. There will be a kids talent show, a baby photo contest, a dog variety show, a co-ed softball tournament and a Kids Fun Run plus a 5K and a 1 Mile Run/Walk. For more information, visit 
Smoke on the Mountain continues tonight (Thursday) at the Barn 2 Dinner Theatre in Goodfield and runs through June 7. On Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays, doors open at 6 pm, buffet is at 6:30 pm, and the show is at 8 pm. On Sundays, doors & the buffet open at noon, and the show is at 1:30 pm. The Peoria Chiefs will take on Clinton tonight (Thursday) beginning at 7 pm, then Kane County on Friday at 7 pm, on Saturday at 6:30 pm and at 5 pm on Sunday at Dozer Stadium. The 2015 X Rocks Spring Fling Freak Fest will be held in the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit Halls on Friday beginning at 5 pm. Mackinaw Valley Vineyard will host their Annual International Music, Wine and Beer Festival from 11 am - 11 pm on Saturday and from Noon - 6 pm on Sunday. Featuring 55 wines and 55 beers for tasting and for sale from around the world, you can also sample artisan cheese along with other food. Live music includes: Turas (Irish) 11 am - 3 pm, Greg Williams from 3 - 6:30 pm and Biscuits and Gravy Band from 7-11pm on Saturday and Sally Weisenburg from 12 - 3 pm and Colt 45 and Johnny Walker from 3 - 6 pm on Sunday. Zoofest will take place at the Peoria Zoo on Saturday from 11 am - 2 pm. Vinyasa at the Vineyard will take place on Saturday from 11:30 am - 1 pm at Kickapoo Creek Winery (located at 6605 N Smith Road in Edwards). The event combines 50 minutes of yoga followed by 40 minutes of local wine tasting. The cost is $20 per person and includes the yoga class, wine and a take home wine glass. A Sightseeing Cruise will take place on the Spirit of Peoria on Saturday & Sunday with boarding beginning at 1:30 pm and the cruise running from 2 - 3:30 pm. The Kicks for a Cure Fundraiser will take place on Saturday at Lucky T'z (located at 10307 State St. in Mossville) beginning at 6 pm. Benefiting the Greg Olsen foundation for cancer research, there will be raffles, a silent auction, drink specials and celebrity bartenders from CH Robinson. Children are welcome.

The 2015 Peoria Bach Festival celebrates its 13th year with performances throughout the week celebrating the renowned composer.
