Peoria Historical Society's River City Trolley Tour winds along
Grandview Drive takes place every Friday in July beginning at 10:30
am leaving from Harp & Thistle (located at 4605 N Prospect Road in
Peoria Heights). The "Naughty to Nice Tour" traces triumphs
through time from the 1920's to the present; it entails stories of
the city's gangster era, including driving by the site of Peoria's
most notorious crime scene: The Bernie Shelton murder. Running on
Saturdays in July beginning at 11 am, the tour leaves from
Kelleher's Irish Pub, (located at 619 SW Water Street near State
St. in downtown Peoria). And the "Roll Out the Barrel Tour" takes
you through the earliest sections of downtown Peoria and into the
