Peoria
Historical Society's Grandview Drive
& Springdale Cemetery Trolley Tour
winds along Grandview Drive and takes
place every Friday in August beginning
at 11 am leaving from Harp & Thistle
(located at 4605 N Prospect Road in
Peoria Heights). The
"Abraham Lincoln & the Civil War
Tour" tells the story of
Lincoln's visits to Peoria, the Civil
War troops and Camp Peoria & Camp Lyon
where they trained. You'll visit
Springdale Cemetery and see the final
resting place of Civil War veterans.
Running on Saturdays in August beginning
at 11 am, the tour leaves from
Kelleher's Irish Pub, (located at 619 SW

Barrel Tour" takes you through the
