The Conklin Players will present Greater
Tuna at the Five Points Washington Performing Arts Center beginning at 7 pm on Friday & Saturday and at 2 pm on Sunday. Featuring two local favorites, Dan Challacombe & Pat Gaik each playing multiple characters, tickets are $25 for adults and $8 for students through college and are available online at

The CIAO
First Fridays Artists' Tour will take place from 5 - 9 pm at various locations including the Contemporary Art Center, Studios on Sheridan and the Prairie Center of the Arts plus other locations where visitors can view artist demonstrations as well as purchase pieces. Yuri's Night: Trivia
and Pub Event will be held on Friday at the Peoria Riverfront Museum Dome Planetarium celebrating Yuri Gagarin becoming the first human to journey into outer space in 1961 with pizza, a beer and wine cash bar plus space-themed pub trivia beginning at 7 pm. Day will take place in the Peoria Riverfront Museum Lobby on Saturday from Noon - 4 pm. Led by the Heart of Illinois Sierra Club, learn about butterflies, bees, hummingbirds, bats, beetles and many other pollinators who are facing declining populations and what you can do to help. Native plants will be available to purchase from local nurseries. The Healthy Heroes Expo
will take place at Dream Center (located at 714 Hamilton Blvd. in Peoria) on Saturday from 2 - 5 pm. Geared toward teens who can learn about local mental health resources, participate in art and gaming activities, face painting, a photo booth, free food, a super hero drawing contest and a costume contest with prizes.
