The regional premiere of School of Rock continues at Eastlight Theatre's YouthLight program (located within the East Peoria High School Auditorium) beginning at 7:30 pm tonight (Thursday) through Saturday. The Peoria Historical Society's "Roll Out the Barrel Tour" takes you through the earliest sections of downtown Peoria and into the Warehouse District where you'll discover historical facts about distilling in Peoria on Fridays at 11 am in August. The "Naughty to Nice Tour" runs Saturdays beginning at 11 am in August tracing triumphs through time from the 1920's to the present.  It entails stories of the city's gangster era, including driving by the site of Peoria's most notorious crime scene: the Bernie Shelton murder. And the "River City Tour" which winds along Grandview Drive, takes place on Saturdays beginning at 1:30 pm in August.  All tours start & end at the Peoria Riverfront Museum in downtown Peoria.
