Ignite Peoria

The Annual Hummingbird
& Bee Pollinator Festival will take place at Sommer Park (located at 6329 N Koerner Rd. in Edwards) on Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm. Admission is free, however for a small donation to the Illinois Audubon land acquisition fund, participants can "adopt" a hummingbird. Peoria hosts free guided tours of the 2018 sculptures that are on display for 12 months on Washington Street between State and Fulton every Saturday through October 27. The Fight the Fight
3rd Annual Addiction Awareness Walk will take place at the Pekin Park District lagoon (located at 1701 Court Street in Pekin) on Saturday from 1 - 3 pm. A benefit to raise funds to support sober living for those finishing rehab and entering recovery homes, registration is not required and admission is free.
