The Leadership Crisis
in Illinois, America and the World will be the topic of the Peoria Area World Affairs Council meeting which will take place at the Bradley University Student Center Ballroom on the Bradley campus tonight (Thursday) beginning at 7 pm. Featuring John Shaw, director of the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University, a Peoria native and author of Rising Star, Setting Sun: Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy and the Presidential Transition That Changed America,

Ground Hog Day at Wildlife Prairie Park with Gertie the Groundhog on Saturday opening at 6 am to see if she will predict an early spring or not. Maker Workshop: Music Makers will take place at the Peoria Playhouse Children's Museum (located within Glen Oak Park) on Saturday from 2 - 4 pm. Build your own musical instrument and learn about folk instruments from around the world. The workshop is recommended for kids 3-12 years old and all children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Cost for kids is $12 for members and $18 for non members which includes Museum admission or regular admission for adults

Trivia Night
