The 3rd of July
Celebration & Fireworks will take place at Glen Oak Park (located at 2218 N Prospect Rd in Peoria) today (Wednesday) beginning at Noon. Featuring reduced admission to the Peoria Zoo and Peoria PlayHouse, face painting, bounce house and balloon art., at 5 pm, live entertainment begins at the Amphitheatre including JC and the Redemption, the Peoria Ballet, Community Children's Theatre and Peoria Municipal Band with vocalists Melissa Blain & Lee Wenger plus food and ends with

The Peoria Chiefs

The 49th Annual West

The Peoria Historical Society
and the Moss-Bradley Residential Association will host their Annual July 4th Celebration at Pettengill- Morron House (located at 1212 W Moss Ave. in Peoria) on Thursday from Noon - 2 pm. Complete with live music, ice cream, and pony rides, bring a lawn chair or blanket, tour the home and enjoy refreshments on the porch. Admission is free for the event, or $5 to tour the home. The ELITE 4th of July
Outreach Fundraiser will take place at the RiverPlex on Thursday beginning at 5 pm. It includes reserved parking with up to 4 people per car, exclusive use of the facility plus exclusive access to the riverfront lawn for viewing the fireworks. Enjoy the rock climbing wall, swimming, XR-Game Zone, indoor basketball and volleyball, totally tots indoor playground and elevated indoor viewing area for the fireworks. Museum's Backyard BBQ will take place at the Peoria RiverFront Museum on Thursday from 6 - 10 pm.
