We are excited to bring youth together to celebrate cultural differences and similarities by respecting each other through a diversity awareness photograph contest-campaign with more than
100 kids participating.
• “Let’s recognize the importance of celebrating the diverse cultures within our community. Peoria Illinois, is made up of interesting individuals from every part of the world, which creates a dynamic multicultural society. Such diversity brings with it many positive differences on skills, abilities and experiences.
• Lets teach respect for each other and understand how amazing our backgrounds could be. Love yourself with all your unique characteristics. “Lets let our youth understand and explore the richness and complexity that makes our society a beautiful and inspiring place to live.”

Description: Showcase 30 TOP contest photos, artists will attend and share their perspectives.
(Appetizers will be served)
Connection Activity: An special guest speaker with a multicultural experience will be invited to talk about how their story and background enriched her life, Dr. Madhuri Bajaj (Illinois CancerCare)
