Da Vinci-The Genius, the most comprehensive exhibition of Leonardo Da Vinci's work, continues at the Peoria Riverfront Museum bringing to life the genius of Da Vinci as an inventor, artist, scientist, anatomist, engineer, architect, sculptor and philosopher. Also on display are facsimiles of Da
Vinci’s most famous codices, anatomical studies, the Battle of Anghiari drawings and displays of his renaissance art in actual size along with the world's most accurate reproduction of the "Mona Lisa". The Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA)
Conference is currently taking place at the Peoria Civic Center and other downtown Peoria locations.
The All-State Jazz Night Concert will take place on Friday in the Peoria Civic Center Theater beginning at 7:30 pm. Admission is $5 for the general public and tickets are available at the door.
And the ILMEA State Music Education Conference All-State Concert will begin on Saturday at 1 pm and the Honors Concert will take place also on Saturday beginning at 3:30 pm in the Peoria Civic Center arena.
