Howlin’ on Water Dueling Pianos Valentine’s Edition at the Broadway Lounge on Friday & Saturday
 
Didn't have a chance to romance your Valentine earlier this week?  Here's your chance!  Featuring a two entree buffet dinner and dessert, plus the 3 hour show dueling pianos show presented by Central Illinois Dueling Pianos.  A cash bar will be available.
 
 
 

 
Central Illinois Jazz Society Hosts the Whitney Ashe Trio on Sunday
 
Ashe leads the Trio on piano and will feature Matt Hughes on bass and Jason Brannon on percussion. The CIJS House Band under the leadership of Larry Harms will kick off the show, featuring jazz musicians from the area playing a variety of jazz standards and other popular arrangements.
 
 
 
 
Davina & the Vagabonds Will Perform on Sunday at the Scottish Rite Theatre
 
She's been compared to Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, Billie Holiday, and Betty Boop, but Davina is a true original.  The group's focused, clean sound and emphasis on acoustic instruments is novel to both blues and jazz worlds.
 
 
 

 

The German American Central Society Will Host Their Wurst Dinner on Sunday
 
Plated dinners include your choice of two Wursts (bratwurst, thuringer, knockwurst, hot dog), German potato salad, sauerkraut, bread and butter. Carry outs are also available. The full service bar will be open serving Bock bier and other imported and domestic beers, wine and mixed drinks.
 
 
 

 
Young Artist Series Tomorrow Night at the Betty Jayne
 
Featuring performers from MIOpera, a professional opera company located in Bloomington-Normal, the full-service bar will be available, plus you’re welcome to bring your own dinner or snack to the performance (no outside drinks are permitted).
 
 
 
 
Saturday's Rivermen Game is Baby Shark's Big Show Night and Sunday is Fun Day
 
Featuring an auction of special Baby Shark Night jerseys after the game on Saturday night, on Sunday kids 12 and under upper bowl tickets are just $7 which includes a pre-game kid's fest with inflatables, face painting, balloon art and mascot fun.
 
 
 
Weekend Comedy Continues at the Barn III Dinner Theatre
 
Featuring a plated meal and a full bar, the show pits a baby boomer couple against a Millennial couple during a romantic weekend together in a cabin in the woods.  Shows run Fridays through Sundays in February.

Three New Exhibits Open Saturday at the Riverfront Museum
 
Moon, Op Art Illusions and Classic Disney Art all open on Saturday at the Riverfront Museum.  Engineering Day on Sunday will feature engaging engineering activities throughout the museum hosted by local engineering groups with free admission including the exhibitions, daytime Dome Planetarium shows and activities.
