Spider Hill Continues This Weekend
 
Featuring three attractions, Massacre Mansion & Trail of Terror and Zombie Invasion Final Chapter, this year's Zombie Invasion is family friendly (no paintballs) and suitable for all ages, the haunted house runs Fridays & Saturdays through October.
 
 
 
 
 

 
Heartland Festival Orchestra - Invitation to the Dance on Saturday
 
Featuring Peoria Ballet alum Lauren Pschirrer and her partner, Mengjun Chen, performing a world premiere performance with the orchestra.  A preview event with the creative team will take place prior to the show.
 
 
 
 
Spook Hollow Continues This Weekend
 
Featuring 3 haunts: the Spook Hollow Trail, M. C. Manor and M. C. Nightmare, this is the longest-running outdoor haunted attraction in Illinois.  All proceeds from the event are donated to community organizations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Glenn Wilson Quartet on Sunday at Trailside Event Center
 
The Central Illinois Jazz Society hosts the Glenn Wilson Quartet with the CI Jazz House Band directed by Larry Harms opening.  
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Brand New Haunted House Continues This Weekend
 
The new Aura Haunted House runs Fridays & Saturdays through October plus blackout nights on November 4 & 5 at the Old Peoria State Hospital in Bartonville.  According to stories and eyewitness accounts, including paranormal investigations, the ghosts of some of the people who have passed on still roam the hallways there.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Peoria Rivermen Season Opener is Saturday
 
The Rivermen open their season at Carver Arena celebrating their President's Cup Championship with jerseys for the first 1000 fans.  Plus a 2 tickets for $22 special and $2 domestic draft beers.
