The Last Five Years Opens on Friday at Eastlight Theatre |
The musical was named one of TIME Magazine’s ten best shows of 2001 and had a revival at Second Stage in 2013. A film adaptation was released in 2014, starring Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan. Brushville & Decade of Decadence This Weekend at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard |
Brushville will perform on Friday and Decade of Decadence will perform on Saturday. Bring lawn chairs along with your own food, however no outside beverages of any kind. Wine, beer, sodas, bottled tea, water, pizzas, cheese & crackers, and chocolates will be available to purchase. |

Catch up with the Parks on Tap Taphouse at Stadium Park tonight (Thursday), then catch Decade of Decadence with opener Capt. Quirk on the Peoria riverfront on Friday and the Fiesta en el Rio on Saturday also on the Peoria riverfront. |

German American Society Brat Fest is Sunday, August 6 |
Featuring live entertainment will be provided by Keith Zweifel and his band from Wisconsin plus Rathskellar Brummers and the Lindenhof Echoes. Activities will include a Muscle Car, Hot Rod, and Customized Motorcycle Cruis’n from Noon - 5 pm, a Stein Holding competition, Nagelspielen (German nail game), arts and craft vendors, a shooting tent, you'll also find great German food available for purchase. |
