The Festival of Lights Winter Wonderland Opens on Friday
 
The Festival of Lights’ signature event features the majority of the Parade of Lights floats and many other lighted displays.  Rides on the Folepi Express, a horse-drawn wagon, through the display are still available, but spots are limited.
