This brand new competition to be Peoria Area’s Best in over 100 categories of businesses and non-profit organizations will allow Peoria area residents to nominate and then vote for their favorite

The Interplanetary 5k is Saturday |
The 5k,1 Mile Fitness Walk and the 1/2 Mile Kids’ Fun Run races take participants through portions of the Central Illinois Community Solar System, the world’s most complete large scale model of the Solar System starting and ending at the Gateway Building in downtown Peoria. |

Easter Egg Hunt is Easter Sunday at Wildlife Prairie Park |
With three start times based upon age, the hunt is free with park admission. A special prize will be awarded to the child who finds the golden egg during each of the hunts. |
